The purpose of Sisterhood of TBS-EV is to unite and strengthen the women of TBS-EV, to support them in their efforts to understand and perpetuate Judaism in the home, synagogue, and community, and to reinforce their bonds with Israel and with Jews worldwide.

The mission of Sisterhood of Temple Beth Sholom of the East Valley is to:

• provide interactive programming for its members
• support the congregation, its youth, and religious school
• enrich education and other ties with Israel for its members
• support and unite with Women’s League to perpetuate Conservative Judaism

Will you help?

The Sisterhood is proudly run by dedicated volunteers who generously give their time and energy to create meaningful experiences for our community. In order to continue offering events, programs, and support, we need more helping hands. You do not need to be a TBS-EV member to serve on the Sisterhood Board (with the exception of the president’s position.)  This is the time to step up, take responsibility, and help Sisterhood do things YOUR way!

If you are interested in taking on one of the available volunteer positions, please reach out to Sandy Wechsler or Elaine Hecht.

Additionally, if you have ideas for events you’d like to plan or help organize, we’d love to hear from you. Your involvement makes all the difference!
