Please register below. This area is for Temple Beth Sholom of the East Valley members only portal. Your e-mail and name will be checked against our roster before your login will be confirmed. After filling out the form please wait up to 24 – 48 hours for registration approval. In order to have access to this portal you will need to submit your membership paperwork to the Temple Beth Sholom Office. Once membership paperwork is received access will be granted. Please note this form is not monitored on Shabbat or any festive holidays and there may be a delay in processing your registration. 

This form is not for requesting membership information or signing up for a Temple Beth Sholom Membership / Shabbat.
